“First, Your Honor, the prosecution has finally decided not to present former senator Sonny Trillanes,” sabi ni Luistro.
“We seek the kind indulgence of the Honorable Impeachment Court for the belated final position on this particular concern,” ani Luistro.
“As manifested already, Your Honor, we will no longer be presenting former senator Sonny Trillanes,” sagot ni Luistro.
“For October 2, Friday, that is tomorrow, Your Honor, we anticipate the continuation of the presentation of the AMLC Executive Director,” sabi ni Luistro.
Kabilang sa pitong bangko ang Land Bank of the Philippines, Asia United Bank, Philippine Savings Bank, Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company, Bank of the Philippine Islands, Philippine National Bank at BDO Unibank.
Nasa listahan din ang Prudential Life, Allianz, Manufacturers Life, FWD Life, BPI AIA Life, BDO Securities at BDO Life.
“The chair hereby grants the request for the issuance of subpoena duces tecum and ad testificandum to the BIR, as well as the banks and insurance companies named in the request for subpoena,” ruling ni Escudero.
/Bistado
