Tatlong parangal ang nasungkit ng Converge ICT Solutions Inc. sa HR Asia Awards 2026 dahil sa mga programa nito para sa empleyado, workplace diversity at sustainability.
Tinanggap ng kumpanya ang Best Companies to Work for in Asia, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, at Sustainable Workplace awards noong October 6 sa Marriott Grand Ballroom sa Pasay City.
Batay sa employee survey at audit ng HR Asia, nakakuha ang Converge ng mataas na marka sa equal opportunity, workplace ethics at employee initiatives.
Kabilang sa mga kinilalang programa ang MentorSHE para sa kababaihan, SPARK para sa skills development at training partnership sa University of the Philippines.
Ayon sa kumpanya, kababaihan ang 41.7 porsiyento ng senior executives nito.
Sa sustainability, umabot sa 89 porsiyento ang reuse rate ng recovered modem materials, mula 54 porsiyento noong 2023.
