Matagumpay na naidaos ang ikalawang edisyon ng the Filipino Music Awards last October 6, 2026, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
Ang mga kilalang OPM artists at mga likhang awitin ang binigyang pugay sa naturang edisyon kung saan tinanghal na biggest winner ang mga sumusunod:
Artist of the Year: BINI
Tour of the Year: Signals World Tour 2026 by BINI
Concert of the Year: Wakas At Simula: The Trilogy Concert Finale by SB19
Song of the Year: “Since Day One” by Skusta Clee ft. Flow G
Album of the Year: KOLORCOASTER by Maki
Music Company of the Year: ABS-CBN Music
Sina BINI Jhoanna at Maloi ang tumanggap ng kanilang mga awards para sa kanilang 8-member group na pinalakpakan at sinuportahan sa venue ng kanilang mga tinatawag na army o Blooms.
Ang mga Hari naman ng P-Pop na SB19, ay nag-uwi din ng three major awards gaya ng “Wakas At Simula: The Trilogy Concert Finale” bilang Concert of the Year, while the group won People’s Choice Artist. Their single “VISA” also took People’s Choice Song.
Ang iba pang mga pinarangalan ay sina: Skusta Clee and Flow G’s “Since Day One” took both Song of the Year and Hip-Hop Song of the Year; Maki’s “KOLORCOASTER” won Album of the Year, while Fitterkarma was named Breakthrough Artist of the Year.
Ang IV of Spades ay nanalo bilang Alternative Song of the Year for “Kabisado,”
while Typecast received the Rock Song of the Year award for “What Would It Take (For You To Realize The True Evil In This World?).”
Tinanghal namang Folk Song of the Year ang Ben&Ben’s “Lifetime (Reimagined)” , habang ang R&B Song of the Year award ay napanalunan nina Denise Julia para sa kanyang “LOVE AGAIN” at ng bandangALAMAT’ para sa “Sinigang.”
Hinirang din ang BTS bilang People’s Choice International Artist, habang ang “Baduy” ng VVINK, DJ Love at Pio Balbuena naman ang nakakuha ng Pop Song of the Year award.
Samantala, si Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez-Alcasid naman ang binigyan ng FMA 2026 Lifetime Achievement Award.
Naging emosyonal si Songbird nang tanggapin niya ang kanyang award kasama ang asawang si Ogie Alcasid na tila emosyonal din sa tagumpay ng kabiyak.
“Ang lakas talagang maka-lola o makadagdag-edad ng ganitong award but I am so privileged grateful and thankful for this, ” ang may pa-komedya pang bahagi ng speech ni Regine.

Ang ABS-CBN ang tinanghal na Music Company of the Year, habang ang Organisasyon ng mga Pilipinong Mang-aawit (OPM) ay pinarangalan din ng Music Foundation Award.
Si Pia Magalona, asawa naman ng yumaong Master Rapper Francis Magalona , kasama ang anak nilang si Maxene, ang tumanggap naman ng parangal sa tribute na ibinigay sa itinuturing na “ama ng pinoy rap.”
