“That is correct. That’s part of the summaries prepared and submitted by the AMLC to the Honorable Impeachment Court, summary of remittances to Calle 88 from China and from other foreign countries,” sabi ni Luistro.

“Ang kanilang testimony pertains to inflow and outflow transaction, CTRs (covered transaction reports)… and suspicious transactions,” ani Luistro.

Itinalaga naman si Cruz bilang special envoy to China for trade and investments noong administrasyon ni former President Rodrigo Duterte.

“As to whether or not the testimony will include something which pertains to JTC, that is yet to be known during their presentation,” sabi niya.

“I am not at liberty to dwell on that. Siguro ’yung nasabi ko na kanina, when we made that manifestation, let us contain ourselves on that and wait until the AMLC is presented,” ani Luistro.

/Bistado
