Personal na humingi ng pakiusap at pang-unawa ang matinee idol na si Donny Pangilinan sa mga netizen at supporters nila dahil sa nag-viral na ‘hate campaign” kontra kay Shuvee Etrata.
Sa medyo mahabang IG post ng guwapong aktor, binanggit nitong tila nawawalan na ng privacy ang mga gaya niyang celebrities at tila umo-ober na din ang ibang netizen sa “pangingi-alam” sa private matters nila.
Bahagi ng post ng aktor, ” hey guys, I’m out of the country right now on a short break, but I’ve been seeing a lot online. I don’t usually speak up, but I think it’s about time we stop spreading hate and constantly comparing people. There are far more important things happening in our country,”
“I feel like we’ve gotten too comfortable throwing hate online without thinking about how that affects actual human beings who have done nothing wrong. This is for all fandoms. Artists have lives, too. It’s gone below the belt. Why did we reach this point?,” habol pa ni Donny.
Nag-ugat ang lahat ng very vocal na sinabi ng GMA 7 star na si Shuvee Etrata ang malaking paghanga niya kay Donny. Sa isang birthday event na dinaluhan nito ay hindi nga napigilan ng Shuvee ang magpakita ng kilig at paghanga kay Donny na ikinagalit at ikina-inis ng mga umano’y supporters ng DonBelle at iba pang fans.
Kumalat ang video ng naturang paghanga online kaya todo bashing ang inabot ng Kapuso star.
Ang DonBelle ay ang tandem nina Donny at Belle Mariano na nakilala sa TV at movies.
Agad namang naglabas ng statement si Shuvee. Sinabi nito, “sa lahat na po ng DonBelle fans, gusto ko pong mag-sorry if I reacted that way. I’m so sorry if I’m always fangirling over Donny. I will do my best para mapigilan po yung nararamdaman natin next time.”
Klinaro din ng dating “PBB” housemate na purely ‘fan” lang ang grabeng paghanga na kanyang ipinakita. “He’s really just a crush. Wala pong chance na magka-level po kami ni Donny. Kasi po si Donny po ay isa na pong kumikinang na bituin. Ako po ay pausbong pa lang. I hope you just spread love. Be mindful of how you say your comments online. Kasi, words can really be painful to somebody,” paliwanag nito.
Mayroon ding pakiusap si Donny sa mga netizen na huwag na ding idamay pa ang ka-love team sa usapin.
“As for Belle, please keep her out of your narratives. She is beautiful, talented, and most importantly, has a great heart. Nothing you say or do will change that,” wika ng aktor.
Bahagi pa ng post ni Donny, “I told Shuvee the videos were going around out of shock, as I went to dinner at first thinking it was just going to be intimate and private. People forget we are all friends in this industry. Why do we keep pitting people against each other? And to those who think I just enjoy the clout and people getting bashed, you clearly don’t know me. Feel free to leave. There is no space for that here. I am and never was about that.’
